Mr. Chung handles a wide range of technical fields, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, wireless communications, optical systems, and semiconductors. 

As a former Patent Examiner, Mr. Chung is an expert with respect to USPTO procedures and formalities. His familiarity with various nuances of the patent examination process is helpful to our clients, especially during Examiner interviews, which lead to granting of claims with desirable claim scope. 

His practice mainly focuses on prosecuting patent applications in mechanical engineering including gas turbines, steam turbines, and electrical engineering matters including telecommunication protocols and standards including CDMA, UMTS, ZIGBEE, IEEE 802 series, and 3GPP LTE/NR. 

Also, Mr. Chung provides intellectual property counseling, prior art searching and analyzing the essentiality of different types of standards-related technologies.
